Hello hello—Happy Thursday! This morning, I have some exciting news to share!

Remember that time I went out for ramen with some friends in Astoria? Food & Wine magazine just featured my photo from that delicious meal, along with a piece about food trends to try this yearFood and Wine Jan 9 2013

Which reminds me…it’s been way to long since I’ve had ramen. Need to fix that ASAP!

    Best ramen I ever had was while in Japan…….nothing compares to that experience.

      Well, plenty of sodium…I actually like that most NYC ramen places have versions with lots of veggies in them and that you can usually get a poached egg on top.
